Michael has written more than 5 security related training programmes from scratch. People have travelled from all over the world including Ghana, USA, Russia and South Korea just to attend one of his courses.

In 2015, Michael started writing a close protection training course that was to be adopted and utilised by Vanquish in order for them to recruit new operatives. The course is now considered to be the most exclusive Close Protection Training Corse as it is application only.
